Account and Registration
- In order to proceed your orders on our website you will need to create an account.
- Customers can only own one registered account.
- Brands at Hands has the right to ask for verification through the phone, whats app, email or Facebook page to verify the account holder.
- We never use data, including email addresses, for any purpose other than to provide you with the Service as well as to send you opt-in email alerts and occasional informational emails relating to the Service.
- Brands at Hands is not responsible for any defects in the products you purchase unless those defects were a direct result of international shipping or handling. Brands at Hands doesn’t guarantee the quality or suitability of the products you purchase. You’re responsible for choosing the correct specifications of the products you purchase.
- We guarantee to get you the size you applied while making your purchase, but we don’t guarantee the fitting size.
- We don’t guarantee the quality of eBay items.
Availability of products
- All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.
- Upon receiving your order, we’ll send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it’s being processed.
There’s some situation that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, verification
- Your order will be purchased within 2 business days from the day of payment. We are not responsible for any price change or items going out of stock in this period.
- You are responsible for filling in your purchase order specifications accurately as written on the seller’s listing such as your product color, size or model to avoid any delay in the purchasing process or any wrongly received products.
- The price you are notified of before payment confirmation can be changed only if the product price increase. If it changed after you make your payment, we will notify you by sending you an email.
Your shipment will be delivered in 20 – 30 business days after we receive it from the merchant. In some cases, your shipment might be delayed and you are not eligible for a refund unless your shipment has been delayed for 10 business days or more.
- Loss or Damages
- In case any items were lost or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund for the lost/damaged products.
- You are eligible for a refund if your order was delayed for more than 10 business days after the end of the shipment period determined by Brands at Hands (20 – 30 business days).
- Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
- Promotional credits or vouchers have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
- You can cancel your order before payment. But once it is paid for, it may not be cancelled if it has already been processed or shipped.
